If you are fast forwarding and then press the the play button but due to the smallness and closeness of the buttons and you press the pause button aswell the recording flips back to the beginning. Whilst brilliant in many ways this machine is total frustration. Also part of my hD is corrupted so when I get to 70% full recordings malfunction
