I have the above to which Virgin Media fitted a free V+HD box because being a long standing customer and just after the Engineer fixed it and left, it broke down, I telephoned for another engineer who reset the box but said that the televisio did not work, I then had a television engineer in who informed me that it was perfectly OK which took me back to Virgin Media who informed me the televion was not compatable because of being too old to use with a V+HD box and would need a new television. I an 86 years old on a state pensio and that kind of money does not come easy so can someone confirm that in fact my above televisionis is not suitable to operate with a V+HD Box
