I Googled this question and got to this site, because it was asked before. The answer was to go to "Preferences", but I translated everything and there is no preferences page (I even checked searched it on the help page). Also, ZoneAlarm's support is useless and I can't even find any FAQ or support forums on their site.

I have ZoneAlarm and there is not language option to change languages.

Instead try the following:
1) Go to the following site
http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/support/support.jsp?dc=12bms&ctry=US&lang=en&lid=nav_csmain
2) Under the "Consumer Service and Support" section, sub-heading "Product-Specific Support", click on the link for your related product.
3) On the next page, click the link "Release History"
4) From here you can download the latest version release of ZoneAlarm in English.

You can install this as an upgrade or a new install.
