Broken Toilet Cistern Lid?

Does anyone know if and if so where, you can buy a replacement toilet cistern lid?
It is an Ideal Standard lid. Have tried their website and is no good.
Do not require a whole cistern, just the lid as it has been cracked.

Manty thanks.

you can get cistern lids from your local reclaimation yard depending on what they have in stock or sometimes ebay ..its worth phoning around for one as to get one from other sites are from £120 quite a lot just for a lid ... im in the process of trying to find one for myself and waiting for the reclamiation yards to get back to me if not then i have no other choice then to get one of brokenbogs.com :-(......
to phone these people you will need to have an idea of the colour the make and model it should have it stamped underneath the lid ..

A bathroom fitter at three plumbing stores told me you can't get lids on their own the manufacturers don't supply spare lids as it seems you've found out as it's an item that could sit on the retailers shelf for years waiting for someone to break one. So resign yourself to a new cistern.
check your house insurance for accidental damage to bathroom fittings if you are covered have a cistern fitted by a plumber and claim. Of course check your excess that you have to pay.
