Well for whatever reason, It sounds like you will have to take into a phone shop and get their advice and see how much will cost to fix. It could be quite expensive and cost more than the phones worth. Or if you got within last 12 months from a shop and still have box and everything, you might get a replacement phone (receipt would be very helpful and you'd get it replaced no problems, but if no receipt unless got bank statement with the purchase on, then whether you get a replacement or not will be entirely down to the managers desecration
