how do i fix my toshiba satellite L300 laptop?

my laptop will only load fully when i use it in safe mode, when i click start windows as normal it won't get to logging in. iv tried disc clean up and system restore but its not working

Have you installed new Hardware or software recently or windows update.
Any 1 of these may cause op system to "Crash"
Remove the latest of above if any
