I have a new vanity unit with back to wall toilet. I am getting water on the floor. It is coming from either the main drain or the water pipe from where the pipe from the cistern enters the loo. The toilet has not yet been used and the seals are brand new and unused. The seals appear to fit tight. Is it best to silicone around the pipes?
