machine not spinning,so took of back.Belt and bearings ok,put machine on spin cycle with belt not attached,motor didnt spin so hit it gently with pliers and it began spinning>refit belt and started full cycle again .Worked fine on 1st load then stopped spinning on 2nd load.New motor? Help,wifes not happy!

the brushes on the motor are worn out.take the motor off the machine and you will see them mounted to the back.anything around 10mm on the carbon bit is worn out as they should be around 40mm when new.easy fix
