first, lean machine back against a wall, then undo band that holds seal to front panel(lever out at clip near bottom).Peel away from front panel. Grasp seal at bottom and pull away from tub(there is a long sring ring holding seal to lip around tub). Get new seal and tub lip soapy and carefully fold new seal over lip onto tub. Push seal into drum to allow space stretch spring ring over back of hands and around the seal so it fits into recess. Stand machine back up and flip out seal and fold around front panel before refitting clamping ring. Hey presto.
