I have a white gloss laminate kitchen worktop, newly fitted. My husband tried to remove a speck from the surface, which is actually embeded in and will not come out. He rubbed it hard with a duster and sprayed some furniture polish on and tried to polish it out. Now he has dulled the surface where he rubbed it and it is in a noticable place at the front of the worktop, and is very obvious. Can it be restored? Please help if you can!!
