Valliant Boiler not Firing up?

I have a vallient C/H boiler which will not heat up. It has a little flashing yellow light which looks like its next to a flue symbol (House & chimney with a fan next to it)
If I switch the system off & back on it flashes after about 2 mins & nothing happens.

Had an engineer out and the flue fan has gone it is sticking and the pressure differential is stopping the boiler from firing up.
If we get the fan to turn then it fires up so this is the problem..
New Flue fan on way..

Is the pressure up on the pressure gauge it should be about 1 to 1.5 bar ???
