Unless the second cassette is loose enough to hook out carefully, there's really not alot you can do to extract it yourself. The loading mechanism and front flap tend to be quite tight on these models, which doesn't help. However, if the second cassette comes out, the first will possibly eject normally.
The video mechanism is encapsulated in metal shielding, with the main TV circuit screwed to it. It can be a 30 minute job to disassemble/reassemble these units, plus time to replace any damaged components.
