opel corsa radio stuck on safe 0,i have left the ignition on for nearly 15 hours and it hasent changed.what do i do?

The number before the "SAFE" message indicates the remaining number of attempts.

If it says "0SAFE", unfortunately, the radio is locked. Now you should buy a new radio or contact a professional decoding specialist.

No buttons can reset the radio from this condition.
