how can I repair my iced diamond fridge freezer ?

I have a Hotpoint iced diamond fridge freezer.The model number is RF64YS. The freezer section seems fine but the fridge isn't cooling. Both the red and green external lights are on and also the internal light is on. Do you think it is the thermostat ? If so can it be replaced ?
