I have four DAB radios in my house - none of them are capable of tuning into FM transmissions although I suspect such a radio can be had - maybe.
If you can only find one DAB station then either you have a defective radio or the signal is too weak to be processed properly. Try the radio in a different room or at a friends house as a test.
