My Glowworm Betacom 30c is producing only lukewarm hot water. Also when the hot water is run for some time it also makes the radiators warm (even though the heating is off).

Finally it's making a ticking/grinding noise all the time...

I suspect diverter valve motor is at fault. Any ideas?
