The motor on my W304 is faulty and wears out a complete set of brushes in 9 months. Not covered by warranty even though Miele failed to diagnose fault and kept replacing brushes. Where can i buy a new or replacement motor or can i get the motor repaired?
Miele quoted £460 for repair!!!
