may have excessive water pressure,turn down pressure .
if a blockage,
remove the top of machine,find the soap drawer outlet pipe find the other end where it connects on to the outer drum, remove both ends of the hose now poke hose through till clear of caked powder refit hose plastic clips or use ratchet ties.
