Hi my samsung ff seem to be doing the same as a lot of other people's ,ie the frdige side is constantly iceing up and it won't cool to below 10C .I understand that this is a design fault and was the subject of a watchdog report.I notice there is afree phone number to report the problem ,does anybody have it

Samsung will now fix it for FREE.

Just fixed my noisy Samsung, I thought it was the usual iced up fan thing.
Took the cover off it and no .. it wasnt iced up.

It was a pipe rattling on the water tank at the back,found it after taking off that cover.

Secured the pipe and it rattles no more :).
Saved a call out and god knows what con :)
