Picture is cramped into top half of screen with strong flyback lines, either fold over or partial collapse. This fault may occur after 5 mins of being on or 5 hours. Often clears with switching on and off but not always. Does anyone know the chassis used? I did have a circuit (schematic) but threw it away by mistake in a clearout. I do have some dated experience of TV repairs.
No one should wiggle heatsinks in any receiver especially near the loptx as this can deliver a nasty shock that may even kill you, some low voltages may be derived from this step up tx but the highest one is approx: 25,000 volts ( 25Kv ).
