The micro usually gives the F61 code if there's a supply fault and the protection circuit activates to prevent further damage.
Short circuit semi-conductors dragging down the low voltage supply lines, power output amplifier IC's and occasionally even bad fans have been a cause of F61.
Unfortunately, you'll probably need an engineer to locate the specific cause of the protection circuit activating.
