prima f40s burning badly of flaring?

hi my prima f40 has been playing up with the infamous not staying alight and clicking on and off .
I changed the 3 caps and great it worked for a week but now back as it was and the burner seems to be buring unevenly, kind of pulsing, any ideas out there?

fan is not working corectly may need changing check pipes from fan may be split cut off 25mm and reatach
