i laid some footings three days ago it is still wet as i followed the mix instructions three sand two gravel one cement what could be the problem

think your mix is a bit weak for footings should have made it 1 sand and 1 cement and 3 gravel as there is plenty of sand in the gravel add a bit of SBR in your next mix and that will sort it i wouldn,t build on top of them footings if i were you take them down and restart for piece of mind
