My girlfriend has really nice big breasts.... now that I have your attention, the overflow pipe that juts out the back of the house is more or less constantly leaking, the pressure is dropping very slowly over time but not really problematic. I seem to remember it doing this slightly the other year before a service. Is there something I can clean out myself to stop this happening? . Possible picture of the above if anybody can help! Cheers.

Hi I had the same problem, I called a Worcester engineer come out and look at it and he told me the problem was the Pressure Relief Valve (PRV). You can buy these for around £10-£12 but will need to get it installed by a professional. Hope this helps.

might just be faulty safety valve or could be expansion vessel is faulty. . . .when the heating comes on does the pressure gauge rise towards red if so its the vessell otherwise i would just replace safety valve or lift it one good jolt and see does it sit back for you(might be a bit of dirt)
