It's mounted in the trunk of the car. The discs will not change and are stuck inside the cd player. Are there places that will repair without having to mail the cd player to the manufacturer? Does anyone know how to fix it?

First make sure the fuse is ok for changer to work.
2. There is a "reset" button below cd cartridge. Try using that to see if it fixes your problem.
3. If cartridge is still stuck, stick a butter knife or thin steak knife on top side of cartridge and try to work the cartridge out. The catch to hold cartridge is near the middle of the cartridge.
