Fisher & Pykle DW681ES?

I have a f & p dw681es nemo and when its filling up with water it stops then goes when it does stop the lights all go out as well

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere. Either on a wiring plug or possibly even a bad solder joint on the circuit board.
