The last rinse and spin cycle doesn't work. The dial goes to the end, but when I lift the lid, the water is still in there. Then, when I turn the dial to the final rinse or spin, it does nothing. I have to turn the dial on another cycle (delicate) in order for it to spin. My washer is a Maytag and it is 12 years old.
