citroen relay hdi van will not start but if i jump start it is ok ?

citroen relay hdi van will not start but if i jump start it is ok but after 30 mins off runnig it cut in to save mode i have a new battery and new heater plugs and a injector rail sensser and the fuel filter and the injectors have been presher tested are ok.

well thanks for all your help,after much money spent we have fit it it was a piston 1 of 2 that has a folt in it cost 300 for the parts and fitting.

possible pump in tank i not think it's this cos i drove it for 100 km yesterdad befor it went into save mode but still have to jump it to get it started.
