Check the wiring as it goes from the door into the bottom of the dishwasher the harness has a tendancy to break through opening and closing the door. There is usually enough cable to pull it up and use a crimp connector to repair it. When you have, ensure that the cables lie flat and do not overlap as this will cause them to wear.
