Washing machine not working. Took back plate off and found ribbed drive belt had come off drum drive wheel. Re installed belt but came off when tested, the motor has ribbed drive shaft but the drum drive wheel is smooth (not ribbed). How does the belt stay on the drum drive wheel?? Is there something I'm missing??
