electrolux esl6115 dishwasher?

The rinse aid does not appear to be working, my dishes are all foggy. I have filled it up but at the end of the cycle its door is still closed

will not accept a program other than 50 degree eco which is the default cycle and wont start when the door is shut

could be a faulty detergent dispencer although foggy white glasswear is also a fault caused by the water softner???
