My washing machine Zanussi ZJ1218 wont empty the water after its last wash, any suggestions?
Have took out fluff filter, cleaned and replaced but to no avail, water still wont go!
hi the drum on my washing machine has stop working and machine wont work when i try turn the drum manually it turns but is very stiff .

could be something in the pump impellor jamming it.put machine on a drain cycle and then put your ear to the cabinet.can you hear a humming sound?.If you can most likely something in the pump impellor.needs to come out to be able to get to the pump from underneath.lay machine on its back
