samsung big wash b1415j - door error code?
I have a problem with my bigwash b1415j in that the error code "door" shows in the digital display. Now I know the door is closed and no water is escaping. I have pulled the emergency door release to gain access to washing, but when the door is closed the machine starts again and may finish the load or show the "door" code again. If I put pressure on the door latch area the code disappears but as soon as I release pressure, code reappears and washing stops. Has anyone found a cure for this, is there a part I can buy to solve problem. I'm assuming its got something to do with the locking mechanism, loose connection or something like that. A lot of people have had similar problems, but have had no response
