washing machine keeps on spinning?

my servis washing machine wont stop spinning - as soon asi turned the power on and close the door it just starts spinning really quickly and ideas why

the tacho generator magnet on the bottom of the motor housing is either faulty or has come loose check that the middle screw is tight (screw may even be on the floor) also check wire's not broke
