I have a 2 part question.

My dvd player plays dvds but won't play cds.?

I have a LiquidVideo LV505, 5 disc dvd changer surround sound system. It plays dvds fine no problem, but when i put a cd in, it doesnt matter if its burnt or regular cd, it says to insert disc after spinning it trying to read it.

How do I fix a led display?

I have a LiquidVideo LV505, 5 disc dvd changer surround sound system. A couple days ago my led dysplay on front of the player stoped working so I can no longer se my options. Its not fully out on one side it very faintly lights up, very faintly.

Don't take this the wrong way because I have one too but, The Thing Is JUNK! At one time it worked quite well and produced Great sound with Thunderous base & Rumble but now it's over. True enough it's a shame to have to buy another system when it seems that this one should be fixed but it's too much of a hassell to find someone to repair it, ship it off, pay them by some means and hope that the problem is'nt recurrent. With all of the new technology, it's time to step it up anyway, perhaps you can still tie in your speakers.

I just replaced my old one with a higher powered one.
Old one for sale at $75, complete in original box. Worked perfectly 4 months ago... not turned on since.
