How can I fix my smashed teak garden bench?

A classic style slatted teak bench assembled mostly with dowels - 40 years old. The front support timber and seat slats are smashed (by a massive clump of falling icicles!) Also there are 3 backrest slats missing (from before accident). Legs, arms, backrest support timbers are all ok. Any advice please?
Can I buy replacement teak slats 5/8"x2" and 1/4"x2" ?
Also 1"x3" teak lengths? And, which is the best glue?

White PVA wodworking adhesive is probably as good a glue as any other.

No you will not be able to buy hardwood in the sizes you require - someone might make it for you from larger stock by cutting and planing but it will be very expensive.

Fitting new slats into existing mortice slots will be difficult-to-impossible without dismantling parts of the existing seat.

Given its age you may consider just buying a new seat - to repair it will be a labour of love - lots of effort.

Good luck...
