I have a kenmore washing machine, it does not spin, the motor runs but the machine doesnt spin

Hello,

You have a direct drive washer made by Whirlpool and this type of washer has a 3 piece coupling assembly instead of a belt. Does the machine agitate ok or does it act the same as the spin mode? If it acts the same, it sounds like your couplers broken.
