can anyone plz help my digivox wont let me watch any sky channels, i can watch bbc1 and 2, itv 1 and 2 and channel 4

try turning the box off at the wall take the viewing card out and give it a wipe. Insert back into the box pulling out and pushing in a few times. turn the power back on and leave the box for about 5mins. turn the box on and check if you are receiving the channels. If not it could be a signal problem or your box could have given up the ghost!
