The door on my INDESIT WD12X washing machine wont open!?

How can i fix this problem please?! Wet clothes inside!

The door doesnt open till the drier cools down. Switch on the washing machine and wait for the red light to stop blinking. Don't pul the door handle hard, else it will break. Indesit has the WORSE door handles in the industry. Hope it helps.
