we have a samsung scx 4200 laser printer which has develpd a fault?

it keeps getting a paper jam very annoying!!anyone got any ideas please?thanks,bobby

If it cannot pick the paper then the rollers are slipping on the paper, rough up the rollers with a little emery paper
