how to get my wma510w to take fabric soften?

i have wma510w it wont take the fabric soften on cotton 40 but will take powder i have took the draw and cleaned it

take the whole soap draw out.Now look up at the top and see if the holes above the conditioner compartment are blocked with black gunk.If you can't clean the gunk out you have to replace it with a new bit
