My Miele washing machine Novotronic 918 has a problem the door wont open when the cycle finishes, when the outside temperature is low and can only open it if we run it on a warm 40 degree wash cycle and at the end of the spin before the cold water rinse cycle we switch to final spin cycle and it opens, can you help
