Just replaced control panel on washing machine. Guide came with part to programme it to machine.

1st part - press and hold for 5 secs options 1 & 2 buttons (is this rinse hold and energy save buttons?) and turn programme knob to K. This should make LED above buttons 1 & 2 flash which mine does. But mine also has active LED flashing too!
Then press start button and hold for 2 secs. Option 1 & 2 LED should stop. Mine doesnt they keep flashing???
How do i solve this so i can programme the machine?
