How DID you remove key lock from cr*ppy Sonwa TV?

Ok Stacey how DID you remove the key lock from your cr*ppy Sonwa TV. I have the same problem. A red key at the bottom left hand corner of the screen is all my Sonwa TV does all of a sudden.
