baxi solow boiler... pilot trouble?

The pilot light on my baxi solo will not stay lit after the ignition button is released.
Any ideas?
It was fine until I had to turn off the gas to take an oven out.

you will see a thin tube sticking over the pilot this is the flame failure device try realining it so it is directly over the flame
