Toilet soil pipe leaking ?

I just had toilet installed,But slide on plastic fitted soil pipe fitted to toilet is leaking.

Theres only one reason why these would leak and that is due to poor fitting - ie it could be when it's been pushed on the rubber seal has moved ( not very often ) or more likely that the angle is slightly wrong or not pushed on far enough or very rarely known pan to be oval so will never seal. best option is to persist with installer as to fix usally means starting again and removing pan

If that collar fittement is new and fitted with the pan its the fitters problem to solve the leak get him back.
