fix my sharp xe a415 cash register?

my sharp xe a415 register says that the papper is out and i have put two new rolls in and restarted the register but it does not read the papper and cotinues to say that it is out of papper.

You need to press CLEAR (CL) whenever you have an error on the display. This includes paper errors after replacing the paper.
