I had to remove the 'cap' from the top of the bathroom tap and then stop it from running with pliers. The 'cap' just spins round, doesn't grip. Can I fix without replacing the complete unit?
You can buy tap kit and replace head if you can find right one. Remove head and take to plumber shop and see if they can help. You need to shut off water before you attempt any plumbing work.
