If you get on to Bose in the UK, I've found that they quote the thick end of £70-£100 GBP to courier it (a defective Bose Wave Radio/CD) specially to Belgium for inspection / remedy.
Much more, they try to tele-talk-steer you into trading it in for a discounted version of a newer and even more expensive product from their much-hyped lifestyle product range.
