my washer was leaking from the bottom now i fixed that by putting the hose back on now how do i put the pressure back in the hose or air

i assume you are saying that the pressure hose pipe came OFF the pressure chamber end, you have now refitted this pipe (securely)
NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED as the water entering/filling machine forces the air in the chamber up the pipe till the pressure activates the PRESSURE switch turning off the water solenoid
